1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Pro Plus Car Care Center's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms comply with the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Qatar. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Service Description
Pro Plus Car Care Center provides premium automotive detailing, cleaning, polishing, ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), and thermal insulation services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation.
3. Booking and Appointments
3.1 Appointment Booking
- Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or in person at any of our branches.
- Bookings require valid contact information and accurate vehicle details.
- A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation message or email from our team.
3.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. We request that any cancellations or rescheduling be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to other waiting clients. Failure to provide timely notice may result in booking restrictions for future services.
3.3 No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice may be subject to a review of their booking privileges. We reserve the right to request a deposit for future bookings from clients with a history of no-shows.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Quotations
All service prices provided on the website or over the phone are estimates. Final pricing is determined after a physical inspection of the vehicle at our center, based on its size, condition, and specific requirements.
4.2 Special Services
Additional charges may apply for non-standard services, including but not limited to:
- Excessive interior soiling or pet hair removal.
- Correction of severe paint defects or oxidation.
- Removal of pre-existing tint or protection films.
4.3 Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of the service. We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, and other approved digital payment methods available in Qatar. All transactions are processed in Qatari Riyals (QAR).
5. Quality Assurance & Warranty
We are committed to the highest standards of workmanship.
5.1 Satisfaction Policy
Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle thoroughly upon handover. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, please bring it to the attention of the branch manager immediately before leaving the premises.
5.2 Warranty Coverage
Specific services such as Ceramic Coating, PPF, and Window Tinting come with their own warranty terms. These warranties cover product failure (e.g., peeling, bubbling, fading) but do not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear. Warranty certificates will be provided where applicable.
6. Liability and Responsibility
6.1 Vehicle Safety
We exercise reasonable care and skill when handling your vehicle. However, Pro Plus Car Care Center shall not be liable for:
- Loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle. Please remove all valuables prior to service.
- Pre-existing damage, loose parts, or mechanical faults.
- Damage resulting from previously repaired or non-original paintwork.
6.2 Client Obligations
The client confirms that the vehicle is in a safe condition to be worked on and agrees to disclose any known defects or issues (such as loose trim, sensitive electronics, or recent paintwork) prior to the commencement of service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to the logo, text, images, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Pro Plus Car Care Center and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
